Filip á Kanokov vs Hristofor á Koldunov

Boxing Daily Report from the Bulgaria National Finals 2025,  taking place on 17/03/2025 from Plovdiv, Bulgaria:

The Plovdiv venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Filip á Kanokov (16 - 8) who hails from Sofia, Bulgaria and Hristofor á Koldunov(13 - 9) from Varna, Bulgaria.  

Round 1: 

Koldunov sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Kanokov pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kanokov tries to land a jab, but Koldunov blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kanokov steps away from his opponent and lands a jab.

Koldunov voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Kanokov accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Koldunov.
