The show detail screen will allow different actions depending on who is viewing.
This screen will come up immediately after a show is booked.

Other show promoter actions:

1) Make Joint Promotion.  A show can be set up to be a joint promotion between 2 promoters.  The promoter who booked the show can invite the "secondary promoter" and also offer a revenue split.  The primary promoter must take at least 50% of the revenue (i.e. you cant offer the secondary promoter more than 50%).  Once the offer is sent, the nominated secondary promoter will get a notification and on visiting the show detail screen will be able to accept or reject the offer.  The primary promoter can also withdraw the offer is required.

By making a show a joint promoter, both promoters can add fights to the card but only the primary promoter can accept open show proposals.

When the pre-show activity happens 6 days before the show date, all expenses and revenue (excluding the show booking fee) is split between the two promoters using the specified proportions.

2) Remove Joint show promotion - this can be removed by either promoter, but only if the secondary promoter has not made any fights on the show.

3) Add Marketing - the primary show promoter can add marketing to try push ticket sales for the show.  There are different levels of marketing (local going up to nationwide).  Its not worth adding marketing for your initial small gym shows, but it may help once you are booking bigger venues

4) Add Television - if the show falls on one of your tv dates you can add tv to the show.  If you already have fights scheduled, any qualifying for tv money will get their purses recalculated

5) Request PPV. You can check if any ppv broadcasters are interested in the fight card you have put together. This will not be possible if you have an exclusive TV deal with a non ppv broadcasters for world level title fights.

6) cancel show. If no fights are scheduled, there are no outstanding offers and this show is not required for a purse bid then the show can be cancelled. If done within 4 weeks of booking the show you will get a full refund.

7) add officials.  Officials can be handpicked for the show but can then only be assigned to fights where the "handpick" option has been selected in the fight offer and this has been agreed by the opponent.  Selecting this option will take you through to another screen where officials can be searched and selected.

8) add streaming.  If your promotion has the capability, and the show is not already televised, there is an option to add streaming to the show.  See the "About: Streaming" guide for more details

Also in this screen you can amend the seating configuration.  this is only available on venues with a capacity of 5000 or more.  lowering the seating config is useful to ensure there are not large numbers of unsold seats which causes points/rep loss.  Also, the fight night cost of running the show is reduced (less stewards required etc)

As fights are confirmed for this show they will be displayed and ticket sales estimate will be given which will go up or down as fights are added or removed.  The final ticket numbers and revenues will be displayed 6 days before the show

New: For a joint show promotion, both promoters must be contributing something to the show - this could either be fighters or a purse bid.  Any joint show promotion where the secondary promoter is not contributing anything will revert back to a single promotion 1 week before the show date
