   Purse Bids are within the Rankings drop down menu.

This screen allows you to search for and select current purse bids to make a bid on.
You can search by title type (world, continental, subcontinental, national, regional), fight type (eliminator or mandatory) or sanctioning body.  You can also select a checkbox which will return purse bids you have already made a bid on.

From the resulting list you can click on a title to display the purse bid details, and make a bid.  You can only make a bid if you have a qualifying show.  To qualify the show must be in a qualifying location (e.g. if a regional title fight, it must take place in that region), it must be at least 4 weeks after the purse bid due date and must be on or before the fight due date.

The screen will also tell you the minimum bid required for this title, and indicate how much the fighters would expect once you have selected a show.  This gives some indication about how much money the fight is likely to make.  If the "expected purse" is not visible, this means that the minimum purse set by the sanctioning body is likely to be more money than the fight will probably make by itself.

Once a bid is entered and confirmed, the money is deducted immediately from your capital.  If the purse bid is not successful, then the capital will be refunded.

EDIT: If bids are tied, then the earliest bid wins.  This will normally be the AI as they put their bid in on the same day they are called.  Its always best to put in a higher than minimum bid to ensure you at least beat the AI
