   The Find Trainer screen is accessed from an individual fighters screen.  If a fighter does not have a trainer assigned then you can click on the "Assign Trainer First!" link next to the Next Fight field.  

For any fighter you can also access the screen from the Assign/Amend Trainer link which follows the Trainer detail section on the fighters screen.

Search criteria can be entered to return trainers who are interested in training this fighter.  One thing to note is that when you assign a trainer to a fighter, the fighter becomes based at the trainers location.  i.e. if you want to relocate your African fighter to the USA you can assign him to a trainer in USA and that is where he will become based.  You will just need to be mindful of the fighter's adaptability and home preference as to how he will react to the move, especially if he does not speak the local language.

Most of the search options are obvious - e.g. location.  There is a Recommended checkbox which can be used to return trainers with attributes suitable to this fighters style.  There is also a #fighters pair of fields which can be used to return trainers with a min / max of fighters currently in their gym.When assigning a trainer, you might want to look for gyms with plenty of fighters with different styles in your fighters weightclass and one up/down.  These will generally be used for sparring unless you bring in a sparring partner from outside (see Screen Guides: Training).

The trainer level drop down reflects the class of the trainer.  4 is low, 1 is high.  A trainer with class 1 will not consider training a novice fighter unless he has excellent amateur pedigree and so already has a good class.  Trainer levels do not change, but once your fighter has improved class, you might want to find a better trainer/gym.

From the returned grid of trainers you can also view the trainers current gym by clicking on the View Gym link.  By clicking on the trainers name itself you can view the trainers attributes.  To assign a trainer click the ASSIGN button which will display confirmation information including the trainers monthly fee.  You can then confirm or cancel
