Hi all.  Can you advise please

One of my fighters has been given opportunity to compete in Eliminators and have been asked to schedule fight before a certain date

Do i need to do anything or does the system automatically deal with it

Not been in this position before.  Quite new to this

If you don't do anything it will just go to purse bids.

It would be better if you schedule a show in the correct region (Austria Vienna) and then schedule a fight for the fighter. In fight type select "title" and then it should automatically come up with title fights which can be made - in this case the SF eliminator.
