Dave Cay vs Mick Wardlaw

Boxing Daily Report from the Australia National Finals 2022,  taking place on 14/03/2022 from Adelaide, Australia:

The Adelaide venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Cay (21 - 3) who hails from Wollongong, Australia and Mick Wardlaw(13 - 9) from Melbourne, Australia.

Cay drives a sharp left hook into Wardlaw's ribs.  
Wardlaw pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a firm right hook.  
Wardlaw lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Cay is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Wardlaw advances into close range and connects with a right hook.  Cay clinches his opponent.  Wardlaw pushes his forearm into Cay's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Wardlaw.
