Boxing Daily Report from the China National Finals 2022,  taking place on 14/03/2022 from Nanchong, China:

The Nanchong venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Wang Chow (27 - 1) who hails from Guangzhou, China and Ye Tjia(26 - 4) from Harbin, China.  

Round 1:

Tjia forces Chow to back into the ropes.  Tjia lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Chow is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Chow sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Tjia connects with a cross.  
Chow sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands with a solid jab.  
Tjia advances into close range.  Tjia throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Chow to the neutral corner.  He warns Tjia that continued fouling will result in a point deduction.
