Boxing Daily Report from the Nigeria National Finals 2022,  taking place on 11/04/2022 from Warri, Nigeria:

The Warri venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mohsin Farooq (19 - 8) who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and Nathaniel Ehiosun(7 - 18) from Kano, Nigeria.  

Round 1: 

Farooq pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a ramrod jab.  
Farooq is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Farooq pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
