Boxing Daily Report from the Paraguay National Finals 2022,  taking place on 11/04/2022 from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay:

The Ciudad del Este venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jesus Seta (11 - 14) who hails from San Lorenzo, Paraguay and Joaquin Diaz(28 - 2) from Asuncion, Paraguay.  

Round 1: 

Diaz gets on the inside and digs in a right hook to Seta's body.  
Diaz digs in a right hook to Seta's body.  
Seta steps to the outside.  Seta sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Diaz forces Seta to back into the ropes.  Diaz lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Diaz lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Diaz advances into close range.  Seta lands a firm left uppercut.  
Seta feints a jab, and then drives a jab into Diaz's body.

Seta steps away from his opponent and connects with a firm overhand left.  
Diaz hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Diaz is looking to close the distance and walks Seta down, trapping him on the ropes.  Diaz lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Seta hits home with a right uppercut.  
Seta connects with a firm right hook.  
Diaz digs in a right hook to Seta's ribs.

Diaz walks Seta down, trapping him on the ropes.  Diaz lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Diaz clinches his opponent.  Diaz throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Diaz.

Diaz is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Seta quickly recovers. 
Diaz hits home with a right uppercut.  
Diaz lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND DOWN GOES SETA!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Seta cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Diaz!
