Federico Rozas vs Xaver Cal

Boxing Daily Report from the Puerto Rico National Finals 2022,  taking place on 14/04/2022 from Carolina, Puerto Rico:

The Carolina venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Federico Rozas (23 - 5) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Xaver Cal(25 - 3) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  

Round 1: 

Cal advances into close range and lands a right hook.  
Rozas tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Cal lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Rozas throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.
