Senior Fillion vs Henri Maska

Boxing Daily Report from the Switzerland National Finals 2022,  taking place on 26/04/2022 from Basel, Switzerland:

The Basel venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Senior Fillion (22 - 7) who hails from Lausanne, Switzerland and Henri Maska(13 - 1) from Zurich, Switzerland.  

Round 1: 

Fillion contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Maska tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Maska attempts to land a jab, but Fillion sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Maska advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  
Maska sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Fillion switches the action to the outside.  Fillion feints a right hook, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Fillion hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Maska advances into close range.  Fillion connects with a right hook.  
Maska closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.  Maska attempts to land a right hook, but Fillion blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Fillion finds the target with a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Fillion's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

Fillion tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with a sharp overhand right.  
Maska closes the distance.  Fillion lands a left hook.  
Maska forces Fillion to retreat onto the ropes.  Fillion connects with a cross.  
Maska throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Maska advances into close range and connects with a left uppercut.  
Fillion steps away from his opponent and drives a jab into his opponents body.  
Fillion finds the target with a jab.  
Fillion steps to the outside.  Fillion quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Maska's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Maska cuts off the ring, trapping Fillion on the ropes.  Maska sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Fillion hits the target with a solid jab.  
Maska pivots to the right of his opponent.  Maska attempts to land a left uppercut, but Fillion sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Maska's ribs.  
Fillion tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Maska manages to force Fillion into a corner.  Fillion lands a cross.
