Boxing Daily Report from the Uganda National Finals 2022,  taking place on 26/04/2022 from Kampala, Uganda:

The Kampala venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Haaris Zafar (5 - 15(2)) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Mark Nambawa(20 - 9) from Kampala, Uganda.  

Round 1: 

Nambawa is looking to close the distance.  Zafar hits home with a solid left hook.

Nambawa advances into close range and manages to force Zafar onto the ropes.  Zafar lands a right hook.
