Boxing Daily Report from the Uzbekistan National Finals 2022,  taking place on 26/04/2022 from Samarqand, Uzbekistan:

The Samarqand venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.

Kasymbekow feints a right hook, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Muhammad closes the distance and lands a right uppercut.  
Muhammad attempts to land a cross, but Kasymbekow sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Muhammad is looking to close the distance and forces Kasymbekow to back into the corner.  Muhammad throws a right hook, but Kasymbekow clinches his opponent.  Muhammad is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Kasymbekow's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
