Boxing Daily Report from the Egypt National Finals 2023,  taking place on 11/03/2023 from Shubra El-Kheima, Egypt:

The Shubra El-Kheima venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bilal Tarek (15 - 12(4)) who hails from Suez, Egypt and Waqas Naguib(6 - 5) from Suez, Egypt.  

Round 1: 

Tarek manages to force Naguib onto the ropes.  Tarek sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Tarek gets on the inside.  Tarek quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to Naguib's body.  
Tarek advances into close range.  Tarek pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut.
