Hikaru Horiuchi vs Yutaka Sazama

Boxing Daily Report from the Japan National Finals 2023,  taking place on 26/03/2023 from Sendai, Japan:

The Sendai venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hikaru Horiuchi (21 - 6) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Yutaka Sazama(24 - 8) from Chofu, Japan.

Horiuchi switches the action to the outside.  Sazama attempts to land an overhand left, but Horiuchi slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Sazama is looking to close the distance.  Horiuchi digs in a left hook to Sazama's body.  
Sazama drives a stinging left uppercut into Horiuchi's body.  
Sazama pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
