Alejandro Lacerda vs Fausto Cordoba

The Mixco venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alejandro Lacerda (7 - 11) who hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Fausto Cordoba(21(2) - 7) from Mixco, Guatemala.

Cordoba lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Cordoba knows Lacerda is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Cordoba lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
It looks like Lacerda has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Lacerda steps to the outside and hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Cordoba closes the distance and is on target with a forceful left hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE LACERDA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Lacerda almost instantly recovers. 
Lacerda is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Lacerda tries to step out of his opponents range.  Lacerda sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.
