Boxing Daily Report from the Haiti National Finals 2023,  taking place on 29/03/2023 from Delmas, Haiti:

The Delmas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Georges Bedel (28 - 11) who hails from Croix des Bouqets, Haiti and Leroy Lippmann(25 - 11) from Port-de-Paix, Haiti.  

Round 1: 

Lippmann finds the target with a jab.  
Lippmann is on target with a cross.  Lippmann tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lippmann is looking to close the distance and manouvers Bedel onto the ropes.  Lippmann sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Bedel connects with a right hook.  
Lippmann gets on the inside and hits home with a left hook.  
Bedel steps to the outside.  Lippmann lands a solid jab.  
Lippmann pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a stinging jab.  
Lippmann steps inside.  Lippmann pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Bedel is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Bedel is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Lippmann steps inside.  Bedel attempts to land a right uppercut, but Lippmann dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Bedel steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Bedel lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Bedel throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lippmann gets on the inside.  Lippmann pivots from in front of his opponent.  Lippmann throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Lippmann sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Bedel lands a cross.  
Lippmann steps inside.  Bedel attempts to land a right hook, but Lippmann sidesteps and counters with a cross.
