The San Juan venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alvino Amante (33(3) - 6) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Jesus Marinez(24 - 6) from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  

Round 1: 

Amante is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Marinez steps away from his opponent.  Amante finds the target with a stiff jab.  
Marinez lands a jab.  
Amante is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Amante connects with a solid right uppercut.  
Amante pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Amante sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Marinez lands with a sharp jab.  
Amante throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Marinez to the neutral corner.  He warns Amante that he could be heading for a point deduction.  
Amante sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.
