Boxing Daily Report from the Puerto Rico National Finals 2023,  taking place on 11/04/2023 from San Juan, Puerto Rico:

The San Juan venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Pedro Macario (17 - 11) who hails from San Juan, Puerto Rico and Rico Talamantez(29 - 4) from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  

Round 1: 

Talamantez is looking to close the distance.  Macario lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.
