The Kampala venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bilal Sultan (24(1) - 17) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Harvey Namukulwa(4 - 4) from Kampala, Uganda.
