The Dublin venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Shamus McCorkle (4 - 2) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Shane Slane(1 - 4) from Dublin, Ireland.

McCorkle tries to keep the action at long range.  McCorkle sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Slane steps inside.  Slane sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut.  
McCorkle steps away from his opponent and attempts to land an overhand right, but Slane blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to McCorkle's body.  
Slane throws a left hook, but is off-target.  Slane clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Slane pushes his forearm into McCorkle's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Slane about fouling.  
Slane advances into close range.  Slane pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Slane forces McCorkle to back into a neutral corner.  McCorkle tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Slane pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Slane throws a right uppercut, but is off-target.  Slane ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Slane pushes his forearm into McCorkle's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Slane.  
McCorkle throws a right uppercut, but Slane clinches his opponent.  Slane is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Slane's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
McCorkle throws a left hook, but Slane holds on to his opponent.  McCorkle is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns McCorkle and breaks the clinch.

Slane steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head, KNOCKING MCCORKLE DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Slane!
