Raoul Boyer vs George Lowden

Boxing Daily Report from the Canada National Finals 2024,  taking place on 11/03/2024 from Toronto, Canada:

The Toronto venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Raoul Boyer (22 - 19) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and George Lowden(39 - 9) from Markham, Canada.

Boyer steps away from his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Lowden throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Lowden lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Lowden closes the distance and walks Boyer down, trapping him on the ropes.  Boyer drives a stinging right uppercut into Lowden's body.

Boyer attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Lowden to the neutral corner.  He tells Boyer he will lose a point if he continues to foul.
