Fraco Peguero vs Orlando Colindres

Boxing Daily Report from the Guatemala National Finals 2024,  taking place on 29/03/2024 from Guatemala City, Guatemala:

The Guatemala City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Fraco Peguero (6 - 13) who hails from Villa Nueva, Guatemala and Orlando Colindres(32(2) - 10) from Mixco, Guatemala.  

Round 1: 

Peguero steps away from his opponent.  Colindres lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Peguero tries to land a right hook, but Colindres parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Colindres steps away from his opponent.  Colindres drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Peguero is on target with a firm cross.  
Colindres steps inside.  Colindres pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.

Peguero attempts to land a cross, but Colindres sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Colindres advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Colindres throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Peguero lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.
