Dave Carnes vs Robert Hind

Boxing Daily Report from the Jamaica National Finals 2024,  taking place on 29/03/2024 from New Kingston, Jamaica:

The New Kingston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Carnes (38(2) - 10) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Robert Hind(22 - 10) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  

Round 1: 

Hind lands with a spiteful jab.  
Hind tries to land a jab, but Carnes sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Hind throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Carnes steps away from his opponent and is on target with a solid cross.

Hind sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Carnes tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.
