Diego Lantigua vs Loredo Calleros

Boxing Daily Report from the Mexico National Finals 2024,  taking place on 14/04/2024 from Reynosa, Mexico:

The Reynosa venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Diego Lantigua (14 - 3) who hails from Chipancingo, Mexico and Loredo Calleros(36 - 13) from Reynosa, Mexico.  

Round 1: 

Calleros advances into close range.  Calleros sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Lantigua lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Lantigua sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Calleros finds the target with a hard jab.  
Lantigua sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with an overhand right.
