Aleü Janachek vs Sobeslav Kotrba

Boxing Daily Report from the Slovakia National Finals 2024,  taking place on 29/04/2024 from Bratislava, Slovakia:

The Bratislava venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Aleü Janachek (4 - 6) who hails from Kosice, Slovakia and Sobeslav Kotrba(13(1) - 16) from Kosice, Slovakia.  

Round 1: 

Kotrba gets on the inside and connects with a left hook.  
Kotrba lands with a sharp jab.  
Kotrba sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Janachek lands a cross.  
Kotrba throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Janachek to the neutral corner.  He warns Kotrba to stop fouling or he'll lose a point.  
Kotrba drives a left hook into Janachek's body.  
Janachek is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kotrba drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Kotrba gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kotrba digs in a solid left hook to Janachek's body.  
Janachek is on target with a jab.  
Janachek steps away from his opponent and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kotrba is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents liver.  
Kotrba connects with a firm left hook.  
Janachek tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Kotrba lands a solid overhand left.

Kotrba lands two consecutive overhand lefts to his opponents head.
