Finlay knows Marshall is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Finlay digs in a forceful right hook to Marshall's body.  MARSHALL IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Finlay whips in a DEVASTATING right hook to Marshall's body.  MARSHALL HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE MARSHALL THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Finlay!
