Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/12/2024 from Dublin, Ireland:

The Dublin venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Shamus McCorkle (8 - 9(4)) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Shane Slane(3(1) - 8) from Dublin, Ireland.  

Round 1:

McCorkle throws a left hook, but Slane clinches his opponent.  Slane is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.

Slane is on target with a FIERCE left hook.  MCCORKLE HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Slane!
