The New Kingston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Rebecca (7 - 5) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Mel Huskey(10 - 2) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  

Round 1: 

Huskey is looking to close the distance.  Huskey pivots to the right of his opponent, but Rebecca is on target with a right hook to Huskey's body.  
Huskey lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Rebecca steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Huskey advances into close range.  Huskey sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Huskey closes the distance and digs in a right hook to Rebecca's body.  
Rebecca pivots to the side of his opponent.  Huskey tries to land a left hook, but Rebecca sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Huskey steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Huskey pivots to the left of his opponent.  Huskey tries to land a jab, but Rebecca blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.

Rebecca steps to the outside and hits home with a solid overhand right.  
Rebecca lands a cross.  Rebecca goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Huskey's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Huskey manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Huskey pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a firm right hook.

Rebecca hits home with a cross.  
Huskey sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Rebecca lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
