Prasad gets on the inside.  Prasad throws a left uppercut, but Suhrawardy holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Suhrawardy pushes his forearm into Prasad's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Suhrawardy is on target with a cross.  
Suhrawardy finds the target with a jab.  
Suhrawardy lands a jab, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Prasad is looking to close the distance.  Prasad pivots to the side of his opponent, but Suhrawardy lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Suhrawardy tries to keep the action at long range.  Suhrawardy thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Prasad away.  Suhrawardy lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND DROPS PRASAD TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Suhrawardy lands a cross to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, KNOCKING PRASAD DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Suhrawardy!
