Boxing Daily Report from the Russia National Finals 2025,  taking place on 26/04/2025 from Ufa, Russia:

The Ufa venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Boris Shostak (17 - 25) who hails from Saint Petersburg, Russia and Valeri Korolev(17 - 3) from Chelyabinsk, Russia.  

Round 1: 

Shostak advances into close range.  Shostak pivots from in front of his opponent, but Korolev is on target with a left hook to Shostak's ribs.
