Jin-hyeon Roh vs Ju-young Keng

Boxing Daily Report from the South Korea National Finals 2025,  taking place on 26/04/2025 from Suwon, South Korea:

The Suwon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jin-hyeon Roh (4 - 6) who hails from Seoul, South Korea and Ju-young Keng(14 - 8) from Incheon, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Keng hits home with a right hook.  
Keng lands a left hook to the body, a cross to the head and a jab to the head.  
Keng steps inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Roh switches the action to the outside and lands with a sharp jab.  
Roh drives a jab into Keng's body.  
Roh steps away from his opponent.  Keng lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Roh throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Roh digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  Roh attempts to land a right hook, but Keng dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Keng's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Keng hits home with a left hook.  
Keng lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Roh digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  
Roh tries to step out of his opponents range.  Keng tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Keng's body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Roh's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!

Keng closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.  
Roh pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a sharp jab.  
Keng steps inside and connects with a right hook.  
Keng lands a jab.  
Keng is looking to close the distance.  Keng pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Keng walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Keng quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Roh tries to keep the action at long range.  Keng lands a cross.
