The Sunderland venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.

Walls throws a right uppercut, but Woodman ties up his opponent.  Woodman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Woodman gets on the inside.  Walls throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Woodman holds on to his opponent.  Woodman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Walls pushes his forearm into Woodman's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Woodman sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Woodman throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Walls to the neutral corner.  He tells Woodman he will lose a point if he continues to foul.  
Woodman pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a telling right hook to Walls's body.  WALLS HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Woodman!
