Raiden Kobe vs Mikio Kinoshita

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 30/08/2025 from Takarazuka, Japan:

The Takarazuka venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Raiden Kobe (6 - 8) who hails from Fuchu, Japan and Mikio Kinoshita(51(1) - 9) from Takarazuka, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Kobe sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a sharp jab into his opponents face.  
Kinoshita is looking to close the distance.  Kinoshita sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kobe throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kinoshita forces Kobe to retreat onto the ropes.  Kinoshita pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kinoshita gets on the inside.  Kinoshita steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Kobe steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Kinoshita lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Kobe hits home with a firm right hook.  
Kobe tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kobe quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Kinoshita is looking to close the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Kobe finds the target with a stiff jab.  
Kinoshita closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Kinoshita closes the distance.  Kobe sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Kinoshita digs in a right hook to Kobe's body.  
Kobe steps to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Kinoshita sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kobe attempts to land a jab, but Kinoshita slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Kinoshita steps inside and attempts to land a left hook, but Kobe slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kinoshita hits home with a stiff jab.  
Kobe tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Kobe steps to the outside and lands an overhand left.  
Kobe drives a right hook into Kinoshita's body.  Kinoshita ties up his opponent.  Kinoshita pushes his forearm into Kobe's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kinoshita to stop fouling.  
Kinoshita drives a left hook into Kobe's body.  
Kobe tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand right followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Kinoshita is looking to close the distance.  Kobe pivots from in front of his opponent.  Kobe drives a left uppercut into Kinoshita's ribs.  Kinoshita clinches his opponent.  Kinoshita uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Kobe behind the head. The ref breaks Kinoshita's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kobe is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kinoshita steps inside and is on target with a left hook.

Kobe throws a right hook, but Kinoshita holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kobe pushes his forearm into Kinoshita's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Kobe.  
Kobe is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Kinoshita hits home with a cross.  
Kinoshita is on target with a jab.  
Kinoshita steps inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Kinoshita lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kobe hits home with a left hook.  
Kobe throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kinoshita closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Kinoshita gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Kobe's body.  
Kobe throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Kinoshita hits home with a cross.
