Boxing Daily Report from the Americas Boxing Championships 2026,  taking place on 12/01/2026 from Montreal, Canada:

The Montreal venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alejandro Romo (27 - 24) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Emanuel Puentes(73(2) - 7) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
