Adalard Bong vs Glanville Delpy

Boxing Daily Report from the Cameroon National Finals 2026,  taking place on 11/03/2026 from Yaoundé, Cameroon:

The Yaoundé venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Adalard Bong (6 - 11) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Glanville Delpy(30 - 16) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  

Round 1: 

Delpy closes the distance.  Delpy pivots to the side of his opponent, but Bong drives a right hook into Delpy's body.  
Delpy lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Delpy gets on the inside.  Delpy pivots to the right of his opponent.  Bong throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Delpy quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Bong snaps his opponents head back with a ramrod jab.  
Bong is on target with a cross.  
Delpy lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Delpy manages to force Bong onto the ropes.  Delpy sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Delpy steps inside and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Delpy lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Delpy manouvers Bong into the corner.  Bong lands a left hook.
