Boxing Daily Report from the Denmark National Finals 2026,  taking place on 14/03/2026 from Roskilde, Denmark:

The Roskilde venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kettil Aalbers (13 - 3) who hails from Aalborg, Denmark and Sven Bank(9 - 13(1)) from Aalborg, Denmark.  

Round 1: 

Aalbers connects with a cross.

Aalbers lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Bank lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Aalbers steps to the outside.  Aalbers sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Aalbers connects with an overhand left.  
Bank is looking to close the distance.  Aalbers hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Bank forces Aalbers to back into a neutral corner.  Bank tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
