Boxing Daily Report from the Guyana National Finals 2026,  taking place on 26/03/2026 from Georgetown, Guyana:

The Georgetown venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jordan Bloyd (4 - 4) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Mark Welsh(6 - 11(3)) from Georgetown, Guyana.

Welsh finds the target with a jab.

Bloyd gets on the inside and is on target with a firm right hook to Welsh's body.  
Bloyd is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Welsh hits home with a cross.
