Boxing Daily Report from the New Zealand National Finals 2026,  taking place on 14/04/2026 from Wellington, New Zealand:

The Wellington venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Taylor (22 - 10) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Waiapi Hati(6 - 4) from Auckland, New Zealand.
