Angel Alvear vs Elias Ras

Boxing Daily Report from the Costa Rica National Finals 2027,  taking place on 14/03/2027 from San Jose, Costa Rica:

The San Jose venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Angel Alvear (26(1) - 21) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Elias Ras(18 - 9) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  

Round 1: 

Alvear steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Ras quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.
