Ehren Ploch vs Geron Alder

Boxing Daily Report from the Germany National Finals 2027,  taking place on 26/03/2027 from Regensburg, Germany:

The Regensburg venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ehren Ploch (6 - 6) who hails from Berlin, Germany and Geron Alder(31(1) - 13) from Stuttgart, Germany.  

Round 1: 

Ploch steps inside.  Alder digs in a right hook to Ploch's ribs.  
Alder steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Alder closes the distance.  Alder pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a sharp left uppercut.  
Alder is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.

Ploch tries to keep the action at long range and throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Alder lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Ploch lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Alder's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
