Jacob Dinwoodie vs John Rezin

Boxing Daily Report from the Jamaica National Finals 2027,  taking place on 26/03/2027 from New Kingston, Jamaica:

The New Kingston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jacob Dinwoodie (10 - 21) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and John Rezin(13 - 2) from Kingston, Jamaica.  

Round 1: 

Dinwoodie sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Rezin connects with an overhand right.  
Dinwoodie lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Rezin lands a jab.  
Rezin lands a cross.  
Dinwoodie sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Rezin gets on the inside.  Rezin throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Dinwoodie time to recover.  
Dinwoodie steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Dinwoodie is looking to keep his distance and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Rezin advances into close range and walks his opponent into the red corner.  Rezin lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.
