Boxing Daily Report from the Jamaica National Finals 2027,  taking place on 01/04/2027 from New Kingston, Jamaica:

The New Kingston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Blake Soutar (10 - 8) who hails from New Kingston, Jamaica and Cody Swapp(33 - 15) from Spanish Town, Jamaica.  

Round 1: 

Swapp advances into close range and digs in a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Soutar is on target with a jab.  Soutar throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
