Boxing Daily Report from the New Zealand National Finals 2027,  taking place on 14/04/2027 from Auckland, New Zealand:

The Auckland venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Chris Ruane (7 - 13) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Pango Karaka(24 - 16(2)) from Waitakere, New Zealand.

Ruane gets on the inside.  Karaka drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Karaka advances into close range and lands a left hook.  
Karaka is looking to close the distance.  Ruane connects with a left hook.  
Ruane steps to the outside and lands with a stiff jab.
