Boxing Daily Report from the New Zealand National Finals 2027,  taking place on 14/04/2027 from Auckland, New Zealand:

The Auckland venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Blake Fraser (12 - 17(4)) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and James Stronach(17 - 15) from Waitakere, New Zealand.

Stronach tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Fraser's kidney. Stronach is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Fraser quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Stronach is on target with a weighty left uppercut to Fraser's body.  FRASER IS DOWN!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Stronach!
