Alastair Chepyegon vs Glynn Gowers

Boxing Daily Report from the Uganda National Finals 2027,  taking place on 26/04/2027 from Kampala, Uganda:

The Kampala venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alastair Chepyegon (14 - 18) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Glynn Gowers(21 - 35) from Lira, Uganda.

Gowers attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Chepyegon's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
