Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 16/02/2028 from Cape Town, South Africa:

The Cape Town venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Naeem Assiful (4 - 3) who hails from Pretoria, South Africa and Umi Adusei(0 - 1) from Cape Town, South Africa.

Assiful steps inside.  Assiful pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Adusei's body.  
Adusei switches the action to the outside.  Assiful is on target with an overhand left.  
Assiful advances into close range.  Assiful pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Assiful quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Adusei connects with a cross.

Assiful voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Adusei accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Assiful.  Adusei lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
