Jay Stater vs Robert Brydon

Boxing Daily Report from the Guyana National Finals 2028,  taking place on 26/03/2028 from Georgetown, Guyana:

The Georgetown venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jay Stater (16 - 18) who hails from New Amsterdam, Guyana and Robert Brydon(17 - 10) from Linden, Guyana.  

Round 1: 

Brydon is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Stater closes the distance.  Stater pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Brydon feints a left hook, but Stater is not fooled and lands with a solid right hook.  
Stater closes the distance.  Brydon connects with a left hook.

Stater gets on the inside.  Stater pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Brydon is looking to keep his distance.  Brydon sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Brydon attempts to land a jab, but Stater dodges the shot and counters with a left hook to Brydon's liver.  
Brydon snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.
