Adam Harley vs Alec Blackman

Boxing Daily Report from the Guyana National Finals 2028,  taking place on 29/03/2028 from Georgetown, Guyana:

The Georgetown venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Adam Harley (4 - 7) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Alec Blackman(9 - 8) from New Amsterdam, Guyana.  

Round 1: 

Blackman tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Harley parries the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.

Blackman hits home with a right hook.  Blackman attempts to land a cross, but Harley parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Blackman sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Harley lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Harley lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Blackman pivots to the right of his opponent, but Harley connects with a cross.  
Harley lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Harley advances into close range.  Harley sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Blackman hits home with a sharp cross.  
Harley closes the distance.  Harley lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Harley lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Harley is looking to close the distance.  Harley pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Harley tries to keep the action at long range.  Blackman lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Harley's trainer is telling his fighter to play it safe for the remainder of the fight.

Blackman walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Blackman feints a right, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Harley steps away from his opponent.  Harley sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands with a sharp jab.  
Blackman lands a spiteful jab.
