Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/05/2028 from Calgary, Canada:

The Calgary venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mark Foden (32 - 32) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Dominic Gebbie(7 - 7) from Calgary, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Foden throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Gebbie pivots from in front of his opponent, but Foden is on target with a left uppercut.  
Foden gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Gebbie tries to land a jab, but Foden blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Foden switches the action to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Foden advances into close range and is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Foden manages to force Gebbie onto the ropes.  Foden lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Foden is on target with a firm right uppercut.  Foden throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Foden steps inside.  Gebbie drives a right uppercut into Foden's ribs.  
Gebbie steps inside.  Gebbie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Foden digs in a firm left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Foden hits home with a cross.  
Gebbie lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Foden walks his opponent into a corner.  Foden lands a right hook.

Foden steps inside.  Gebbie lands a right hook.  
Foden throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Gebbie feints a right hook, and then hits the target with a stiff jab.  
Foden steps inside and is on target with a right hook.  Foden ties up his opponent.  Foden throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Foden and breaks the clinch.  
Gebbie tries to land a left uppercut, but Foden slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Gebbie pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gebbie lands a cross.  Gebbie attempts to land a jab, but Foden blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Gebbie sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Foden connects with a cross.  
Foden gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Foden tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.  
Foden is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Gebbie throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
